Ingredients for Apple Cranberry Salad

  • Apples, 1 red, thinly sliced

  • Mixed salad greens, 150 grams
  • Red onion, ½, thinly sliced
  • Sugar-free dried cranberries, ¼ Cup
  • Toasted pecans or walnuts, ¼ Cup

Ingredients for Lemon Vinaigrette Dressing

  • Olive oil, ¼ Cup
  • Fresh lemon juice, 2 Tablespoon
  • Dijon, 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic, minced, 1 teaspoon

  • Low-carb sweetener, powdered, 1 teaspoon

Instructions for Apple Cranberry Salad

1.Slice apples and drizzle lemon juice to prevent browning. Slice a red onion thinly and set aside.

2.In a bowl, mix all ingredients for lemon vinaigrette dressing. Set aside.

3.In a large bowl, mix salad greens with the sliced apple and onion, sugar-free dried cranberries, toasted nuts, and crumbled feta cheese.
