  • Blueberries or other seasonal berries, 1 Cup
  • Cherries, pitted and chopped, 1/2 Cup
  • Low-carb powdered sweetener, 2 Tablespoon
  • Chia seeds, 1 Tablespoon
  • Blanched almond flour, 1/3 Cup
  • Low-carb brown sweetener, 1/4 Cup
  • Walnut, finely chopped, 1/3 Cup
  • Cinnamon, 1/2 teaspoon
  • Sea salt, 1/8 teaspoon
  • Coconut oil, 3 Tablespoon

Instructions for Berry Cherry Crumble

1.Wash the fruits. Pit and chop cherries.

2.In a bowl, mix the fruits, powdered sweetener, and chia seeds. Set aside.

3.Preheat the oven to 177˚C or 350˚F. In a large bowl, make the crumble topping by mixing almond flour, brown sweetener, finely chopped walnut, cinnamon, sea salt, and coconut oil until the mixture resembles a coarse meal.

4.Divide the fruits among 6 ramekins. You can also use a baking dish.

5.Drop crumble evenly over the top without pressing down.

6.Bake for 20 minutes until the top is lightly golden and the edges are bubbly.

7.Take out of the oven and cool down a few minutes before serving. Serve with ice cream or other toppings of your choice.
