Ingredients for Chili Lime Steak

  • Beef, boneless ribeye, 800-900 gram
  • Freshly squeezed Lime Juice, 1 Tablespoon
  • Sea salt, 1 teaspoon
  • Chili powder, 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika, 1 teaspoon
  • Cumin, 1 teaspoon
  • Ground black pepper, ½ teaspoon
  • Garlic powder, ½ teaspoon
  • Onion powder, ½ teaspooon
  • Oregano, ¼ teaspoon

Instructions for Chili Lime Steak

1.In a bowl, mix together freshly squeezed lime juice, sea salt, chili powder, ground pepper, paprika, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, and oregano. 

2.Pour the mixture over the steak and rub. Let it sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.

3.Preheat the grill to medium high. Grill the steak for five minutes each side.

4.Let the steak sit for a few minutes before sliicing thin.

5.Serve with peach salsa and low-carb tortilla wraps to make a delicious taco. Alternatively, serve it with your favorite side dish or salad.
