- Green cabbage, 2 Cups
- Purple cabbage, 2 Cups
- Carrot, 1 Cup
- Greek Yogurt, 1 Cup

- Apple cider vinegar, 2 Tablespoons
- Low-carb sweetener, 2 Tablespoons
- Celery salt, ¼ teaspoon

Instructions for Coleslaw and Yogurt Dressing
1.Shred green and purple cabbages and carrots. Set aside.
2.In a bowl, mix greek yogurt, lemon juice, vinegar, low-carb sweetener, celery salt and ground black pepper. Blend well until smooth.
3.Pour the low-carb yogurt dressing to the shredded cabbage and carrot mix and serve.
