- Low-carb pomegranate molasses, 2-3 Tablespoons
- Olive oil, 4 Tablespoons
- Red wine or apple cider vinegar, 1 Tablespoon
- Sea salt, pinch
- Black pepper, pinch
Ingredients for Festive Salad
- Kale leaves, a bunch, chopped
- Baby spinach, 100 gram
- Seeds from one pomegranate
- Orange, 1, chopped
- Low-Carb dried cranberries, 1/4 Cup
- Candied pecan or walnut, 1/4 Cup
- Feta Cheese, crumbled, 1/4 Cup
Instructions for Festive Salad with Pomegranate Dressing
1.Wash kale leaves and baby spinach. Chop kale leaves and set aside.
2.Put together all ingredients for the salad in a large bowl.
3.In a separate small bowl, make a salad dressing by adding 2-3 Tablespoons of pomegranate molasses, 4 Tablespoons of olive oil, 1 Tablespoon of vinegar, and pinch of salt and pepper.
4.Drizzle the pomegranate dressing over the salad right before serving.
