
Juicy shrimps cooked in lemon garlic butter sauce has a big flavor and takes very little preparation. Serve with lemon wedges and chopped parsley for a colorful dish.

Ingredients for Lemon Garlic Shrimp
For shrimp marinade
- Large shrimps, 500 gram, peeled and deveined
- Garlic, chopped, 1 Tablespoon
- Olive oil, 1 Tablespoon
- Sea salt and ground black pepper, ½ teaspoon each
For pan frying
- Olive oil, 2 Tablespoon
- Butter, 3 Tablespoon, divided
- White wine, ¼ cup
- Lemon juice, 1 Tablespoon
- Parsley, chopped, for garnish
- Lemon wedges, for garnish
Instructions for Lemon Garlic Shrimp
1.Peel and devein shrimps. Pat dry with paper towels to remove excess water.
2.Marinate the shrimps with garlic, olive oil, sea salt and ground pepper. Set aside for 30 minutes.
3.Heat olive oil in a frying pan and 1 Tablespoon of butter over high heat. When the butter is melted, add half of the shrimps.
4.Cook for one minute, turn to the other side, and cook for another minute. Set aside.
5.Cook the remaining shrimps and cook for one minute per side. Put the first batch of shrimps back into the frying pan.
6.Add white wine and let it sizzle. Add 2 Tablespoon of butter. Add lemon juice and stir for 30 seconds and turn off the stove.
7.Garnish with chopped parsley and lemon wedges and serve.
