- Ground Beef, 250 gram
- Minced Garlic, 1 Tablespoon
- Finely Chopped Onion, 1/2
- Black Olives, 1/4 Cup
- Low-Carb Tortilla Chips, 40
- Cheddar and Monterey Jack Cheese, 250 gram
Ingredients for Taco Seasoning in Beef Marinade
- Chili Powder, 1 Tablespoon
- Paprika, 2 teaspoon
- Garlic Powder, 1 teaspoon
- Onion Powder, 1 teaspoon
- Oregano, 1/2 teaspoon
- Cumin, 1/2 teaspoon
- Sea Salt, 1/4 teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper, 1/4 teaspoon

Instructions for Low-Carb Nachos
1.Marinate ground beef with taco seasoning.
2.Heat a large skillet over medium to high heat and drizzle avocado oil.
3.Cook chopped onions and minced garlic until soft.
4.Add marinated beef to the skillet. Set aside when fully cooked.
5.In a baking pan, put a half of baked tortilla chips, beef, cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese, and olives. Repeat with another layer of tortilla chips, beef, cheese, and olives. Broil at 240˚C (460˚F) for a few minutes until the cheese melts. Watch closely so that you don’t overcook the nachos.
6.Prepare fresh toppings such as tomato, lettuce, sour cream, avocado, and or jalapeño.
7.Take out nachos from the oven. Add toppings of choice and immediately serve.
