- Sweet potato, 1Kg
- Low-carb brown sweetener, 1/2 Cup to 2/3 Cup depending on the sweetness of sweet potato
- Butter, 2 Tablespoon
- Sea salt, 1/4 teaspoon
- Orange peel, 1/2 teaspoon
- Juice from one orange
1.Peel sweet potato and cut into thin slices.
2.Soak the sweet potato slices in cold water for one hour to get rid of excess starch.
3.Pat sweet potato slices dry.
4.Grease a frying pan. Stir fry sweet potato for a few minutes until tender, with the lid closed.
5.Set aside the sweet potato.
6.In the same frying pan, melt butter.
7.Add orange peel, sea salt, and sweetener.
8.Pour orange juice.
