Ingredients for Shrimp Cucumber Bites
- Large shrimps, peeled and deveined, 500 gram
- Garlic, minced, 1 teaspoon
- Paprika, 1/2 teaspoon
- Oregano, 1/2 teaspoon
- Sea salt, 1/2 teaspoon
- Ground black pepper, 1/4 teaspoon
- Olive oil, 2 Tablespoon, divided
- Lemon juice, 1 teaspoon
- Avocado, 1, mashed
- Cucumber, 1, thinly sliced
Instructions for Shrimp Cucumber Bites
1.Pat dry shrimps. In a large bowl, mix oil, spices, and lemon juice and add shrimps. Coat them well with the mixture.
2.Drizzle 1 Tablespoon of olive oil over medium high heat and pan fry shrimps 2 minutes per side. Take out the shrimps as soon as cooked and set aside.
3.Assemble the ingredients by spreading mashed avocado on cucumber slices. Add the shrimps on top. Serve immediately.
