Ingredients for Salmon with Pineapple Salsa
- Fresh pineapple, diced, 1 Cup
- Red bell pepper, diced, 1/2
- Green bell pepper, diced, 1/2
- Onion, diced, 1/2
- Scallions, finely chopped, 1/4 Cup
- Olive oil for pan frying
- Salmon fillets, 600 gram
- Sea salt and pepper to taste
- Juice from 2 Lime
