Instructions for Sugar-Free Dried Cranberries

1.Preheat the oven to 100˚C or 212˚F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2.Bring water to a boil. Remove from the heat, add cranberries, and leave them for about ten minutes until they pop and soften.

3.Drain water. Transfer the cranberries to a large bowl. Wipe them with a kitchen towel to remove moisture.

4.Add low-carb powdered sweetener and oil and toss the cranberries.

5.Spread out the tossed cranberries in a lined baking sheet. Put them in the oven for 4-4.5 hours. Turn off the heat and leave them in the oven for a few hours or overnight.
