White bean dip with vegetable sticks

Ingredients for White Bean Dip

  • Canned cannellini beans, 400 gram
  • Olive oil, ¼ Cup
  • Garlic, minced, 1 Tablespoon
  • Lemon juice, 2 Tablespoon
  • Cumin, ½ teaspoon
  • Sea salt, 1 teaspoon
  • Ground black pepper, ½ teaspoon
  • Parsley, chopped, 1 Tablespoon
  • Cayenne pepper for garnish 

Instructions for White Bean Dip

1.Drain and rinse canned beans. Pat dry and set aside.

2.In a small saucepan, add minced garlic with olive oil and cook until garlic turns soft. Set aside.

3.Add beans, garlic oil, lemon juice, cumin, sea salt, pepper, and parsley to a food processor. Pulse until smooth.

4.Sprinkle more parsley and cayenne pepper. Serve the dip with vegetable sticks or pita bread.
