Ingredients for Zesty Shrimp with Avocado Dip
for zesty shrimps:
- Shrimps. 500 gram, peeled and deveined
- Garlic, 2, minced
- Lime juice, 1/4 Cup
- Zest of one lime
- Coriander, 2 Tablespoon
- Olive oil, 1/4 Cup
- Sea salt, 1/2 teaspoon
- Ground pepper, 1/2 teaspoon
- Smoked paprika, 1 teaspoon
- Cumin, 1 teaspoon
- Cayenne pepper, 1/4 teaspoon
for avocado dip:
- Avocado, 1 large
- Greek yogurt, 1/3 Cup
- Juice of 1/2 lime
- Olive oil, 2 Tablespoon
- Coriander, 2 Tablespoon
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions for Zesty Shrimp with Avocado Dip
1.Peel and clean shrimps.
2.In a large bowl, mix minced garlic, lime juice, zest of lime, coriander, olive oil, salt and pepper, smoked paprika, cumin, and cayenne pepper. It’s best to leave the shrimps in the marinade for a couple of hours, but if you are pressed for time, you can skip the step.
3.Grease the frying pan. Cook shrimps for a minute per side. Set aside.
4.In a small bowl, scoop out avocado and mash. Add greek yogurt, lime juice, olive oil, coriander, and salt and pepper. Mix well to make avocado dip.
5.Serve the cooked shrimps with avocado dip.
